We thought Flame Lily Carers Ltd were generally excellent. Although our mum, who hated being told what to do and was very self-willed, did not get on with all the carers provided, Audry, the manager, was very persistent and patient in finding carers who were a good fit.
We ended up with carers who were lovely—very caring and conscientious.
A big advantage of Flame Lily Carers Ltd is that Audry takes a very personal interest in all her clients. She was amazingly flexible, sympathetic, and human in her approach. She was very easy to talk to and work with, whatever the problems were.
Our mother died peacefully at home with all the family around her, and with Caroline—her longest-standing carer, who truly loved her and had a wonderful sense of humour. That she could stay happily at home was largely due to Flame Lily Carers Ltd. We are very grateful to Audry and all the carers who worked with mum.
